Eligibility Requirements:
- Held a valid student visa in the last 6 months before applying
- Be aged 35 years or under when you apply
- Completed a course with a duration of at least two academic years in Australia
- Attach required evidence when you apply
- Held a qualification that aligns with their nominated occupation on the Skilled Occupation List
- Have adequate health insurance
- Meet the English language requirements
- Health and character requirements met
- Sign the Australian values statement
- Have paid back your debt to the Australian Government
- Not had a visa cancelled or an application refused
