Consultations Terms and Conditions
Our consultations run for up to 45 minutes. During this time, our lawyers and/or agents will listen to your migration goals, assess your eligibility, and provide the best pathway to reach your migration goals. They will discuss methods to strengthen your application and the next steps.
Online Harassment
Please note that SALIA Lawyers and Associates for Salia Legal Practice has zero tolerance for any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence or discrimination. If any of these occur, our lawyers and agents reserve the right to terminate the consultation immediately and no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds
For any cancellations, please email us at marzena@salia.com.au to process your refund.
All cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty.
The consultation fee is not deductible from future applications. If you do not wish to use our services but have further questions in the future, a second consultation will be required.
SALIA Lawyers and Associates for Salia Legal Practice will charge an admin fee of $110.00 to reschedule your appointment if not given notice 24 hours prior to the consultation.
Please note that refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will not be issued. If you cannot make the appointment, please get in touch with us immediately at marzena@salia.com.au
At times, due to unforeseen circumstances, SALIA Lawyers and Associates for Salia Legal Practice will have to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In this scenario, we will do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible with one of our lawyers or agents.
