Founder & Principal Solicitor
Marzena’s path to becoming an immigration lawyer began in 2013, when she first arrived in Australia from Poland with a diverse academic background and a passion for helping others. She began her career as a Case Manager in an immigration agency, assisting clients in navigating the challenges of migration.
Her experience evolved as she worked as an Education Agent and eventually became a Registered Migration Agent. Realising the incredible impact of immigration law, Marzena pursued her law degree, dedicating herself to providing the highest level of legal expertise.
Today, with over a decade of experience, including numerous successes in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and now the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), Marzena brings a unique combination of legal knowledge, personal experience, and extreme commitment to her clients.

Marty is an accomplished Operations and Client Specialist who recently joined our team, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and client relations.
